The family house is located in the northeast part of the plot. The land is mostly flat with a slight southwest slope. The basic concept of the house consists of three volumes – the ground floor, the carport, and the upper floor. By connecting these three units with roof overhangs, the final “L” shaped mass was created, which is oriented and open towards the garden.
The entire southern wing of the house consists of a large living room with a kitchen, leading to an outdoor terrace. The northern wing consists of an outdoor shelter and an adjoining garage. The western wing is the residential area and is comprised of two rooms and a bathroom. The house has a basement in this area. The centrally located staircase serves both the basement and the first floor. The first floor is exclusively for living and consists of three rooms and a bathroom.
