What is Design & Build?

Are you planning to build or renovate? In the traditional model, you as the property owner first approach architects. They prepare a design proposal (an architectural study), hand it over, and the rest is up to you – finding a reliable construction company or individual contractors, often coordinating trades and solving issues directly on site.

At MA Studio, we approach things differently. Design & Build (turnkey delivery) means we are your single partner throughout the entire process. We not only design your house, apartment, or commercial space, but also fully build or renovate it. As the general contractor, we ensure that the final result matches the design down to the smallest detail. Throughout the entire process, you communicate with just one team – us.

Intro meeting

We’ll discuss your needs, the site’s options, and your budget framework. The first meeting is always non-binding and free of charge.

Architectural design

We create a concept that makes sense – from layouts to materials and colors, all the way to photorealistic visualizations.

Project and permits

We prepare complete documentation for obtaining building permits as well as detailed construction documentation, and we handle all the paperwork with the authorities.

Realization (Build)

In this phase, we take full responsibility for the construction. As the general contractor, we manage logistics and all trades, and we also provide both site supervision and architect’s supervision.

Handover

We inspect the finished project together and walk you through it. We’ll also advise you on how to properly care for the new spaces and materials.
