Apartment building Mařatkova in Prague 12 is a unique project that, in addition to six apartments (1+kk and 2+kk), also offers space for the new headquarters of Bak Development company.
Right from the beginning, we faced the challenge of maximizing the use of the limited plot of land. It was narrow and small, so we had to find a solution to create enough parking spaces. Our winning concept was a two-story underground parking facility, which residents and visitors of the building will access using a car elevator. Have you ever used such a system? It is a great and efficient way to gain access to parking spaces.
Thanks to the two-story underground parking, we successfully solved the parking issue while preserving space for comfortable living and the operation of the new Bak Development headquarters. Residents will have access to modern and secure parking spaces directly beneath the building, ensuring convenience and practicality.
