The aim of the interior design was to create a practical, timeless, and harmonious home that would work well for future tenants. The existing floor plan was retained; new material and lighting concepts were introduced alongside bespoke furniture.
The interior combines light oak, darker wood accents, and soft neutral tones in a beige palette. Colour accents are used sparingly — an olive green sofa in the living room and terracotta wall paint in the bedroom add character without disturbing the calm, cohesive atmosphere.
The focal element of the living space is a built-in wall unit with an elegant arch, connecting the TV and storage sections while introducing a sense of softness and playfulness into the space. Indirect linear lighting unifies the interior and creates a pleasant, soft atmosphere in the evening.
The design also addresses the practical demands of rental living. The chosen materials are durable, easy to maintain, and aesthetically enduring. The overall space feels light, cosy, and balanced, with an emphasis on quality of execution and everyday comfort.
