There is a system of ponds and recreation areas in the immediate vicinity of the plot. When designing the houses, we carefully followed the current regulations of the Třeboňsko Protected Landscape Area (CHKO Třeboňsko).
The proposal is based on the local type of construction, with an emphasis on preserving the village character, which is combined with modern elements. The houses are L-shaped with gable roofs and burnt tiles. The facades combine stucco white plaster with complementary wooden slats and glass surfaces. The dimensions and layout of the buildings carefully respect all regulations of the Protected Landscape Area Třeboňsko (CHKO Třeboňsko).
Lighting uses lamps from Czech glassmakers. The context of the protected landscape area is a great inspiration for the use of natural materials.
An adequately glazed wall system gives the interior of buildings a context with the surroundings and brings greenery into the interior spaces. Not only the optical connection with the garden gives the interior additional functions. The generous living room transitions seamlessly into a pleasant garden terrace that continues to the pool. This enables a varied program for the whole family in the summer months, when the balance between nature and the background of the house is entirely under the direction of the owners.
The garden is designed as a cozy and at the same time clear place to relax and spend free time. It offers swimming pools, seating on the terrace, a fireplace and a pleasant SPA with a sauna. The character of the orchard and privacy, which is supported by hedges and perennial beds, is decent and based on the local species composition. At the arrival there is a natural lake, which helps to cope with torrential rains and at the same time species diversity. It thus attracts rare species of birds as well as dragonflies and butterflies to the objects.
