It is a semi-submerged building made of monolithic concrete, which, with its recessed slope and green roof, harmoniously integrates into the surrounding environment. The combination of natural stone and wood in the cladding maintains a natural appearance. The glazed areas allow a wonderful view from the interior, which can also be admired from the spacious terrace with a pleasant seating area and a swimming pool.
The apartment also has a sauna with glass walls and a close connection to the outdoors. As an addition to the existing building we propose a detached garage, recessed into the slope, on the driveway. The material design communicates with the proposed apartment, using natural stone and wood, and also features a green roof.
