Residence Hájek is a group of semi-detached houses, which is divided into two units, in order to provide sufficient natural lighting and at the same time enough privacy for each individual house. There are a total of 9 family houses on the property, which are arranged in two rows.
Thanks to parking outside public spaces, a welcoming street space is created that is optimal for establishing social relationships and interactions. A small green space with a seating area is also planned within the plot, where neighbors from the surrounding area can meet. At the northern border of the plot there is a complex with three houses, it is a two-storey house with gable roofs. In order to give the ensemble a cohesive impression, the design allows for a projecting frame construction on the north facade of the houses, which creates an impression of togetherness. These frames are used in all houses and thus serve as a unifying element of the entire building.
Similar to the unit on the north side, here, too, a projecting frame construction is designed, which emotionally and visually connects two RDs. Each of these pairs has a roof structure between them, which provides a covered parking space and an entrance to the building. The facades of the houses are designed in wooden cladding, white plaster or concrete screed. The roofs of the houses are designed in antracite-colored sheet metal, as are the slats between the parking space and the sheeting around the windows. The front gardens of the houses are bordered by a low concrete fence to create a welcoming atmosphere in the street space.
