The project focuses on bringing a higher standard of living to a pre-defined situation. The connection between the building and the pleasant cultivated nature is a simple yet highly effective solution. The building is thoughtfully integrated into the context of the local environment.
The sloping terrain allows for the differentiation of the house into a one-story entrance area and a two-story section that extends towards the garden. This makes the house appear smaller from the street. However, it offers views of the valley from many rooms, harmonizing perfectly with the landscape.
Access to the garden is provided through generous floor-to-ceiling portals. As a result, the living room connected to the kitchen gives the impression of partially being outdoors. Wooden slats soften the facade and delicately emphasize the connection with nature.
Both pedestrian and vehicular access are at the same level as the adjacent road. This allows visitors to enter the upper floor, making the entire building appear as a single-story structure from the street. However, this perception is completely contradicted when viewed from the garden, revealing the truly spacious design.
